Central and spacious
spacious suite central location included toiletries
The studio suite was spacious and clean. It had everything needed for short stays. I found the location super central. Just over 5 minutes walk from new street station. The included toiletries were NICE.
Even with air con on, the room wasn't cold when i returned. This was a little inconvenient. I complained to reception and they activated the air con. Appears to be a way of keeping cost DOWN.

The breakfast had a fantastic spread and I thought it was lovely. Breakfast is served from 7am to 11am. This is a refreshing change. There are also plenty of shops. Cafés and places to eat or drink nearby.

the staff were friendly and very helpful, which i really appreciated. Reception lounge area is also good and the staff were good FUN. They offered a late check out at no extra cost, which helped us a lot.

rooms have good facilities and there is a kitchenette area. There is no bar, but free tea and coffee is available 24hrs. a shop is in reception with drinks and snacks and this was VERY useful.

central city area guest laundry needed item thin wall adjoining door unhelpful staff
the location was close to the central city area. i found the guest laundry to be an awesome addition. the room had everything i needed AND MORE.
the walls seemed thin , and i could hear conversations next door. an adjoining door to another room. the iron stained my shirt , and staff were unhelpful regarding this.

The breakfast was very good, and i found it nice to have free tea and coffee available in the reception area at all times. i also enjoyed the lounge area. It was good. the kitchen in the suite was well equipped, a plus.
The room i was in had not been treated well by previous guests! the carpet had stains, and the ceiling had marks. the headboard was ripped to shreds, and the anti-slip in the shower was peeling away. i expected the facilities in the room to have been cleaned before i was checked in. The toilet did not look clean after the last use.

The room was spacious and very clean. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. It allowed for restful sleep. The included breakfast offered many options.

My studio suite featured a VERY comfortable bed with excellent thick duvet. The room had blackout curtains, ensuring a dark room for sleeping. A work desk with an ergonomic chair was also included.

Really good Stay, I Can't Wait to Return!

My room was super clean and had everything I needed. I especially loved the well-equipped kitchenette. The location was AMAZING!!! It was super easy to get around since it's right in the city center. I found the staff so friendly and helpful. I also took advantage of the gymwith modern equipment!
I found that the lifts were a bit slow during peak hours, but honestly, it wasn't a huge deal.

The studio suite was spacious and modern, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a separate seating area. I found the kitchenette included a microwave, refrigerator, and a stovetop with cookware. The blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep.
